Cervical Pain
Cervical pain, also known as neck pain, refers to discomfort or pain in the cervical spine — the upper part of the spine located in the neck. This pain can range from mild stiffness to severe pain and may also involve headaches, shoulder pain, or numbness in the arms or hands if nerves are affected.

- Cervical Spondylosis – Age-related wear and tear of spinal discs.
- Herniated Disc – When the disc between vertebrae bulges or breaks.
- Injury or Whiplash – Often from accidents or sudden movements.
- Arthritis – Inflammation of joints in the neck.
- Infections or Tumors – Rare, but possible causes.
